    •  - Through GS1 - the global international system, using the official GS1 website. In particular, GTINs for drugs can only be obtained through GS1.
    •  - Through the National Directory, which can be accessed directly or through a personal account, however, membership in GS1 is also required to work in the National Directory. For labeling residues (not available for all product groups), you can get a GTIN in a simplified manner also in the National Catalog.

In such a case, the owner of the labeled product must relabel the product. To do this, you need to order new marking codes in your account.

  •  A Data Matrix is a two-dimensional code consisting of black and white "cells" or dots arranged in either a square or rectangular pattern, also known as a matrix. The information to be encoded can be text or numeric data. Usual data size is from a few bytes up to 1556 bytes. The length of the encoded data depends on the number of cells in the matrix. Error connection codes are often used to increase reliability: even if one or more cells are damaged so it is unreadable, the message can still be read. A Data Matrix symbol can store up to 2,335 alphanumeric characters.

  •  The employee will scan the Data Matrix Code which will be on the excise stamp. Thus, this unit of goods will change its status in the system. After the sale, the status of the item will change to "Out of stock".
